Job Description
This is a great opportunity to work with a quickly growing pet care company based in Georgetown, TX. We are currently hiring pet care professionals looking for supplemental income. We believe in the highest quality of pet care service and pride ourselves on exceptional customer service.
This is NOT a contractor position. Selected applicants will start out as temporary workers and will turn permanent based on performance.
Job Requirements
- Must live in Georgetown, TX
- Must be willing to work holidays
- Must love animals
- Must submit to a background check and pass a urine drug screen
- Must have a valid drivers’ license and use of a reliable vehicle
- Must have an iPhone or Android smartphone
- Must be comfortable with dogs of all breeds & sizes
- Must be comfortable with cats and able to scoop litter boxes
- Must be physically fit to lift a 50 lb dog
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must be willing to work our service area (Georgetown, TX)
Responsibilities
We visit clients homes several times per day. Possible services include:
- Feeding pets
- Walking dogs & picking up after them
- Cleaning out litter boxes
- Administering medications
- Giving love, attention & play time
- House sitting duties (mail, watering plants, trash, etc.)
Availability
Must have a flexible schedule, including availability on nights & weekends.
Compensation
We offer competitive compensation, up to $16-$20/hour based on experience and performance. Most sitters will average 2 visits a day, Monday through Friday. Additionally, accepting overnight pet sitting requests will earn you an extra $35/night.
